I was told that my pokemon anthro character wasn't original...How can I make it look original?

I have this lil chibi base and I was browsing when I got this crazy idea for Secret of Calypso adoptables. For Example: Of some of the characters like Talia and Jack. Well anywho, what do you think?

Ok I got four down and more to go including the Maquerade ball costumes
,which I need ideas for. I need the costumes to look "similar" to ones from "Phantom of the Opera" so it will take awhile...

Last night was halloween for my neighborhood as well as the haunted jail and haunted forest and hayride. I wasn't going to go but my mom said to. First, me and my brother went trick or treating. We got free icecream at Dairy Queen. Then we went to the hayride, which was bigger and better than last years. The only thing that was missing was Scream...I missed him...but I digress. There were these lil kids wearing costumes following us around and stuff which scared my bro to death. The hayride scared me less than it did last year before because this year, the moon shone so bright that you could see the people hiding in the bushes and etc. What got me was the chainsaw, which scared me twice last night, Once on the hayride and the second was in the haunted jail. The funds for the hayride goes to the cancer patients
while the haunted jail's goes to children for christmas presents. The haunted jail was alot longer than i expected. They had "Chucky", a video of the ring, some skeleton with a mohawk of bones, a crazy patient and alot of others. They even had kids banging against the bars of the cell door. It scared me at first but thank goodness that the persont that was leading up through the jail said to Grab on to the person infront of you. The door of the exit got stuck so "Jason" had to kick it open. Once he got the door open, another person scared the crap out of me with a chainsaw and i didnt notice that I was still holding on to the person infront of me until I realized that we were out of there. Anyways, Happy Halloween, guys! Peace out!

Has anyone noticed that ALOT of today's t.v shows have gone down the drain and they suck all of you knowledge out with a straw? Like spongebob, hannah montana (who i think is so annoying and has an identity crisis) , and some others...Why can't they go back to showing things that actually have meaning like Disney used to make before they got flushed down the toilet...You know like the classics. But like my mom says,"Anything that's worth watching, is taken off t.v."

Since when does a disney related channel show anime besides spirited away?! I was watching some t.v when a commercial of naruto shippuden
showed. I was freaked out...I shouldnt be but i was.
